What are they good for?

Man hugs.
Who invented man hugs, and was he really drunk when he did so? Someone has to take the blame.
I don’t mind hugging family members, or even close friends, but what the deal with hugging people you goodbye or hello just met at a party or similar? I find this habit strange and extremely awkward.
Every time a man hug is imminent many questions fill my feeble brain:
- When is the right time to hug?
- Who should you hug?
- How long do you hug?
- Should you make the “its all right pat” on his back?
Sing with me:
Man hugs! huh-yeah
What is it good for?
Absolutely nothing
Uh-huh
… say it again
Well thats how I’d like those lyrics to go anyway….
Personally I love Man-Hugs …. It shows the affection from one man to another man – without being gay(ish) .. It’s a nice way to say thanks, or i’ve missed you …
Yeah, but I talking about the hugs you are forced to endure from people you DON’T know….
You, I’ll hug forever :-)
I agree with you, man-hugs between random and/or strange men is just totally weird. Saying that though, man-hugs between close male friends is a good thing.
Women are the biggest criminals here. They cry and hug all the time, sometimes I wonder if that’s alll they ever do.
*Cry* *Hug* *Cry* *Hug* *Cry* *Hug* … etc etc.
Ok Ok I get you … It would be annoying if the postman gives you a hug every time he delivers the mail :-)
